We offer 5 live events and each with a different facilitator that’s a niche expert in their field.

The 5 events we have are: Soul Circle, Cycle Breakers Masterclass, Soul Seminar, Soul Connect, and Relationship Real Talk.

Soul Circle is a 90 min interactive space where we focus on a specific topic (ex. boundaries, breaking co-dependent tendencies, self-doubt, people-pleasing, etc) and learn new tools + and exercises. You will be able to connect with the other members, and the use of a camera and microphone are encouraged. Facilitated by either Stephanie Swail or Elizabeth Tracy.

Soul Connect is a chance to hop on a live zoom call with all the members. Here we have a bit of everything, journaling exercises, somatic practices, and group exercises to deepen your connection with the women inside Soul Study. Facilitated by either Stephanie Swail, Alexa Lang, or Monica Lebsock.

Soul Seminar is a workshop led by niche expertise within self + spiritual development. We've had psychologists, energy workers, transformational coaches, spiritual teachers, and others come on to facilitate Soul Seminar. Facilitated by a special guest.

Cycle Breakers Masterclass: We’ve recently added masterclasses to our community for both members and non-members. These masterclasses are always free for Soul Study members, and non-members are invited to join. However, they are paid masterclasses. This is the only event that non-members are allowed to join. Facilitated by a special guest expert.

Relationship Real Talk is led by Coach Oriana. Everything in life is a relationship and each session, Coach Oriana will be diving into everything that pertains to relationships. There’s also a Q & A portion at the end. If you know Oriana and her work, you know she’s a powerhouse and expert in this area. Get ready to start enhancing all the relationships in your life, including the one with yourself.

All events except for Soul Connect are recorded!

All live events take place in Zoom. As we have members from all over the world we have our offerings at varying times to accommodate everyone. Our events are held during the week and on some weekends. Events are also recorded so you can catch the replays. We upload them to our content library where you can watch them on your computer or on our app! Our schedule changes month to month to accommodate all the different time zones. There will always be at least 2+ live events a month that accommodate your time zone.

The point of joining Soul Study is not to join just to attend all the live events. It's to attend the live events that you can, engage with the beautiful women inside, be supported along your journey, and schedule in the replays! Soul Study isn't a course or a program, it's a community, and it’s a long term healing journey. Only 30% of our members can actually make every single live event each month. We have members from all over the world so we adjust the events each month so that everyone can attend at least 2+ live events a month. We really suggest scheduling a time to catch the replays, as they are just as powerful. We encourage our members to hold themselves accountable to schedule in watching replays and engaging with the community, as that's the foundation of Soul Study!

Soul Members can stay in touch on our community website and our app. We also have a group chat inside Mighty Networks. Many of the women also follow each other on IG and share their phone numbers. This community of women are close and very connected.

We get it, meeting new people can feel really overwhelming and scary. We want everyone to feel comfortable in this space, so… no, you don’t have to interact or participate in discussions if you don’t want to! However, we are a community. Communities are built when individuals are vulnerable and make the effort to connect. The point of Soul Study is to do the inner work together. What you put into this community is what you will receive tenfold back.

We require a 5-month commitment because deepening the connection with yourself and these women takes time and it’s important that you are ready for this journey. You can cancel any time after the 5 months, just give us 15 days' notice so we can stop the payment. If you want to re-join again as a member you will have to pay the current membership price.

PAYMENT AND CANCELATION

1.1. Monthly payment plan: You will be automatically billed on a monthly basis for an initial five-month period. After the initial five-month period has been completed you can cancel your payment and membership with Soul Study by providing at least 15 days' notice ahead of your next billing date, in writing, to hello@thesoulstudy.com. Please state you wish to terminate your membership with Soul Study.

1.2. 5 monthly payment plan: You will be automatically billed on a five-monthly basis. After the initial five-month period has been completed you can cancel your payment and membership with Soul Study providing at least 15 days' notice ahead of your next billing date in writing, to hello@thesoulstudy.com. Please state you wish to terminate your membership with Soul Study.

1.3. Switching payment plan: If you wish to continue your membership with Soul Study after the initial five-month period, you have the option to switch to either the monthly or five-monthly payment plan (whichever is the alternate). If you wish to switch, please email hello@thesoulstudy.com with your request at least 15 days ahead of your next billing date.

1.4 Failed payments: If a payment fails to be processed, we will attempt to take this payment everyday for 7 business working days. If after 7 business working days the payment can still not be processed, we will cancel your payment plan, and your membership to Soul Study will be cancelled with immediate effect. If you wish to rejoin in the future you will have to pay the outstanding balance before joining.

1.5 Refunds: No refunds will be given.

1.6 Cancellation: If you request to cancel your membership with Soul Study after the initial five-month commitment and at least 15 days ahead of your next billing date, we will process the cancellation within 48 hours of receiving your written request. Upon cancellation, you will lose all Soul Study membership privileges with immediate effect, including access to the Soul Study Mighty Networks platform. To cancel your payment, you must email hello@thesoulstudy and let us know you would like to cancel your membership.

As soon as you enter your payment details, you will be redirected to enter your name and email. You will be sent a welcome email with a form to fill out. Once you have filled out the form you will get access to our online platform. This is where all the magic happens! We will support you in getting all set up inside Soul Study!

No, we do not. We are a membership-based community only.

This allows us to maintain a space that feels safe to do the inner work, which is one of our highest priorities. This community is ready for women who are ready to commit to themselves and their journey.

All the events take place in Zoom.

There are no 1:1 sessions with the facilitators or coaches, however, if you are a Soul Study member you get a discount if you choose to work with any of the facilitators 1:1.

Keep in mind sometimes they are not accepting new clients due to demand. The beautiful part about this is you get to be connected to their work as they facilitate the live events. In the live events, you can also ask any questions you may have as well which is a great bonus!

Yes. Soul Study is a community built by women and for women. This healing community is specifically designed for females, women who want to dive into topics that pertain to the healing journey. Some of the women inside are mothers, soon-to-be, and some aren’t. We are a female-based community, as this is our safe & sacred space to do this inner work together. Inside Soul Study is a diverse group of women from all different races, cultures, backgrounds, religious beliefs, geographical locations, etc.

YES! Many of the women inside Soul Study are life coaches, healers, yoga instructors, breathwork facilitators, podcasters, and much more! We have a space within our online community hub where you are able to share your work with others. We want to support women in this community in their purpose led-work.

Soul Study is a space where we empower each other on our journey.

We believe that all of you don’t need to be ‘fixed’ or ‘saved’. You are all whole as you are. Our work is to help you remember that. Soul Study is not a replacement for therapy or coaching. Many of our members have therapists and coaches alongside being a part of our community. The intention is that we are, first and foremost, a community space to do the inner work together, and it is here to be used as just one tool to support you on your journey. It is a priority for us that all our members feel supported in this space. We believe that the healing journey is about feeling more empowered within your own self, which does not end up happening if we end up relying on others more often than on ourselves. We want to make sure we don’t create codependency within healing spaces.

Soul Study’s purpose is to provide you with tools and resources to empower yourself so that you are able to support yourself through the ups and downs of life.

If you are looking for high-level support, you are able to get discounts for 1:1 work with some of our facilitators. Please note this is subject to availability.

Soul Study is hosted on a private secure platform called Mighty Networks (we do not use FB for our membership for privacy reasons). Our community also has an app so you can have Soul Study 'on the go' and right in your back pocket.
